Order Dispatch Times

During our peak season, the warehouse team processes a very high volume of orders and will always aim to dispatch stock as quickly as possible. Please note that our warehouse service level agreement is up to 3 working days from order placement to dispatch.

If you have an urgent requirement or need specific stock prioritising, please place your order as normal and email jamie.smith@zone3.com. While we cannot guarantee expedited dispatch, we will always do our best to accommodate where possible.
