"The first hat I received must have been faulty as it tore straight away but faultless customer service as I was sent out a replacement immediately, which arrived the next day - and is working as it should! Great to have the extra space to accommodate pony tails."

Hopefully more robust than other caps

"I don't have particularly long hair, but do tie it up to swim. I bought this to replace a previous Zone 3 silicone which had lasted well, but eventually got thin and pulled apart. I chose this cap because it's thicker than the previous one and as it's a bit bigger I feel it will be less stressed in use. So far it has proved warmer, with less tendency to ride up exposing my ears. (Although I do wear a neoprene hat with a strap over the top on the coldest, windiest days. )"
