"This is my second pair as they are really comfortable on the bike and I use them whenever I run ( even if not done a ride first ) as the compression is great and the pad doesnt affect the running . Zip at the back to hold cat keys aswell. BTW the first pair are still going strong after two years , I just fancied a second pair"

"I wore a pair of the lava shorts for an ultra Triathlon and they felt great on throughout the event. The medium fitted me perfectly I am normally a 32inch waist. Comfortable fit for me and dried quickly after the swim. Good quality product."

Felt great, a quality piece

"Felt great, a quality piece of kit. But, advertised as having the Iron Performance chamois pad in it which is the main selling point, and it doesn't. The shorts I received had the Super Tri 2 pad instead which is not what I wanted or needed. This is not mentioned in any information for the shorts anywhere. Zone 3 communication and refund process is awful too, very very slow, very hard to get in touch with them and I'm still waiting for my refund. I will not use Zone 3 again."

"I’ve worn them for Outlaw half & Outlaw full this year plus in training aswell. Dried quickly after swim with plenty of padding for comfort to cycle 112 miles & then then comfy enough to run marathon in straight after. I love them!"

Hi what is the insane of the M size Lava long distance short?
From the edge of the pad to the bottom of the leg (without stretch) is 7.5" or 19cm. The whole pad width at this point is 4" or 10cm.
these shorts are good to use for the entire race correct. Swim ,bike and run?
