Hi. I'm looking to purchase a Zone3 Neoprene High Vis Orange Swim Cap for open water swimming through the autumn/winter/spring. My head circumference is 22.5 inches; would it be best to go for the small size or the medium size ?

Hi Jo! The neoprene swim caps are unisex. I too have huge thick curly hair so it's always a struggle to fit a cap. I usually put a silicone cap first and on top of that one the neoprene one. I would recommend measuring the circumference of your head with a silicone cap on, and based on that you can decide which size would fit you best. XS - 19in - 21in (head circumference) S - 21in - 23in M - 23in - 25in L - 25in - 27in
