"Purchased this cap to complement my Aspire Thermal suit. Swam daily in the Lakes last week and despite some cold water temperatures I never experienced water shock. The cap is light, flexible and really warm. Remember though to use anti chafing stick on your neck when swimming for more than 20 minutes"

"Well, at least the top and back of my head is warm! I was flip-flopping between the strap-less cap and this one, and am happy that I went for this. The strap doesn't feel uncomfortable for my 30-45 minute swims. One thing is that water was getting trapped between the strap and in my ear, which felt uncomfortable. I solved this by putting swimming plugs in my ears."
